Customer Service Lead, Ski Industry

 

Wintersteiger, a world leader in the ski and snowboard industry, is in search for a full time Customer Service Lead for our BootDoc and Hotronic retail brands.  As a major interface with all of our retail partners, the Customer Service Lead will:

Open customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintain customer account records by updating account information.
Manage warranty claims, procedure, and returns
Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, as well as suggesting information about other products and services.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Must have good computer and communication skills, be well organized, detail oriented, able to solve problems, and work well with others.  Knowledge of the outdoor/snowsport industry and some retail experience is required.  Compensation is commensurate with experience & qualifications, and includes excellent benefits.
